Israeli Salad - the best way to get your vitamins.

Darlings,This is the easiest, most delicious way to get an interesting salad onto the table. We eat it multiple times a week usually. It goes especially well with, well, just about everything!ISRAELI SALADINGREDIENTS3 persian or pickling cucumbers, skinned, seeded and chopped1 red onion, chopped1/2 pint grape tomatoes (you can use any tomatoes that are in season, but these tend to be the most flavorful when none are in season!)1 bunch curly parsley, rough chopped (include the stems! So much wasted vitamins K, C and A otherwise!)2 lemons, juiced3 tbsp. Good! Olive OilSalt to tasteMETHODMix All. Try not to eat everything before you get it to the table!xoxo lcf
